Recognizing top-tier industry talent from Romania
Exclusively for ambitious and experienced hospitality professionals in Romania, this unique opportunity offers the very best candidates for our Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management and Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management a special financial aid package.
The most outstanding candidate will have 50% of their program fees covered by a winner’s scholarship, with awards of 40% and 30% also being offered to two other exceptional applicants.
The award can be applied to either our Executive MBA or Executive Master’s program intakes in Spring or Autumn 2024.

Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management
Study the world-renowned Les Roches MBA in a flexible, executive format. Our leadership-focused curriculum is taught through high-quality digital courses and intensive residential study weeks in Switzerland and Dubai, enabling you to learn while you work and study at a pace you can balance with your professional commitments.
Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management
Our Executive Master’s gives you the flexibility to combine your current career with a nine-month study program that allows you to design your own academic journey. It blends distance learning with on-campus courses in Marbella, Spain in a range of modules such as revenue management, finance and sustainability. You can also choose to study 100% online.
Who can apply?
The competition is open to any ambitious hospitality professional in Romania who is eligible for executive-level study at Les Roches. You must have a minimum of five years of work experience with at least three years in a management-level role to apply if you’re interested in our Executive Master’s in International Hotel Management. You must have a minimum of eight years of work experience with at least three years in a management-level role to apply if you’re interested in our Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management.

Next, you’ll be asked to submit your CV along with a motivation essay or short video explaining your leadership career ambitions and why you’re interested in pursuing executive-level study at Les Roches.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by our Regional Admissions Director, with scholarship awards available for the top three applicants.
We encourage the employers of applicants to offer their support through sponsorship of the program. We’ll provide more information if your employer is interested in being involved.
